  • Estimated delivery times are 10-14 business days for domestic orders. These are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund.

  • Retain all packaging materials for damaged items until the claim is resolved.
